Story Stick Marketing Agency was awarded an annual contract to produce and manage Honeywell Process Solutions Users Group Conference main stage content in both the Americas and EMEA.
Each year's conference included project launch announcements from the Honeywell Process Solutions CTO for which we would create customized keynote presentations, promotional video feature content, and facilitate live product demos onstage.

Staging and AV coordination
Stage manager - onsite at the conference, I supported presenters, managed rehearsals and showflow, worked alongside our creative director, executive director and audio visual tech teams to ensure smooth operations

Get all HealthPartners staff under one roof to hear key messaging from leadership and engage across verticals, without disrupting hospital, clinic and insurance service operations

Content producer - coordinated creation of key leadership presentations, employee stories video, breakout content and work packet, musical performance with employee choir
Onsite coordinator - worked with AV and staging partners to create temporary set up at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds - mainstage and breakout rooms
Logistics manager - helped create and facilitate schedule and transport for all HealthPartners clinic staff, administrators and leadership to be onsite; multiple sessions per day over the course of 1 week

The program included an all-employee choir (2x performances per day); I worked closely with the creative director, musical director and choir members to coordinate this effort and the piece was such a touching element for the audience. I loved being able to incorporate my experience with performance and music into this project.
